Restriction: Legal and contractual obligations - Data includes proprietary information of individual plant grading statistics. Data sharing limited by contractual agreement.

This dataset contains a monthly summary of grading statistics for Ontario beef.

Beef (bulls, cows, heifers and steers) is graded by Inspectors and assigned a grade that ranges from "A1" to "Prime 3". Grades are entered into a database and summarized monthly.
