The Service Manager Annual Information Return is a report on financial, operating and statistical data of providers of DSH who serve tenants receiving services funded by the Ministry of Community and Social Services and Ministry of Children and Youth Services.

DSH refers to a building/portfolio where all units are "dedicated" to tenants requiring support services to live independently in the community. The tenants are placed in the housing according to their need for support services.
