These reports provide responses to ad-hoc requests from Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) offices to support their business. These reports are accessible to users at DSO offices and the Ministry.

DSO offices are the primary contact for information about adult developmental services and supports, and the single application point for ministry-funded developmental services and supports.
