The nine Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) offices provide waitlist information to the Ministry of Community and Social Services on a quarterly basis. DSOs provide a list of individuals and indicate the services for which they are waiting.

DSO offices are the primary contact for information about adult developmental services and supports, and the single application point for ministry-funded developmental services and supports.
