FRO Case Management System (FCMS) assigns service requests to an individual or group for action. The dataset lists these requests by categories (e.g. business area, the age of a support recipient, type of service request, etc.).

The aging report provides data on how long a service request is open in the system and the percentage of requests that are completed within the internal standard timeframe.
