Get data on annual binational midwater trawl and hydroacoustic surveys in the Lake Erie central basin

This dataset contains the results of annual midwater trawl and hydroacoustic surveys in the Lake Erie central basin. The surveys have been conducted since 2004 in partnership with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and the U.S. Geological Survey. Data are collected for eight cross-basin transects and used to estimate densities of rainbow smelt and emerald shriner, which are the primary pelagic forage species in the Lake Erie central basin.
