This dataset contains data the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs tracks of the amount of oil produced and quality of lavender cultivars with different distillation (extraction) procedures.

Research has been ongoing to determine the best way to maximize lavender oil extraction. This data includes the amount of oil extracted (oil yield) and constituents for several cultivars following different distillation (extraction) procedures for lavender.
