This dataset contains data tracked by the Meat Inspection Program of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs of daily data from meat inspection staff related to work hours and schedules.

Ontario's meat inspectors play an important role in the delivery of meat inspection services across the province. This data is collected from meat inspection staff and is used to support administration of the inspection program.
