This report details the availability of major Ministry of Children and Youth Services (MCYS) and Ministry of Community and Social Services (MCSS) software applications as a percentage. Information measured includes the total downtime (i.e., how long the application was unavailable) of IT components such as Infrastructure, Network, Go-Secure, etc. for MCYS and MCSS.

Software applications measured include:
• Social Assistance Management System (SAMS)
• Child Protection Information Network (CPIN)
• Family Responsibility Office Case Management System (FCMS)
