Several studies were completed in the development of the Niagara Escarpment Plan that identifed outliers on the Niagara Escarpment. Tovell, W.M. (1992). Guide to the Geology of the Niagara Escarpment. Niagara Escarpment Commission and Hewitt, D.F. (1971). The Niagara Escarpment. Industrial Mineral Report No. 35. Ontario Department of Mines and Northern Affairs. This dataset depicts outliers identified by Hewitt and Tovell amongst others on the Niagara Escarpment.
