Ontario public school and system leader retirements

Annual retirement data per school year reported by public school boards is part of the Ministry's Board Leadership Development Strategy program reporting requirements. Data has been collected annually since the 2012-13 school year on current and projected addition or reduction in positions for succession planning. Supplementary qualitative data on the projected number of qualified individuals ready to fill vacancies created through retirements and/or system growth is also collected.
