ReportON - direct reporting hotline data

ReportON is a round-the-clock telephone hotline and email address to promote safety for individuals with developmental disabilities. It is currently in the pilot phase and expected to be ready for full implementation to the public in Fall 2016.

The Ministry of Community and Social Services uses this database to track reports from the public to the ministry of alleged abuse or neglect of individuals while in receipt of ministry-funded developmental services and supports. This data (i.e., number of calls received) will likely be available approximately one year after full implementation.
