Violent crimes under the Criminal Code include:

  • homicide
  • attempted murder
  • sexual assault (levels 1-3)
  • assault
  • robbery
  • criminal harassment
  • uttering threats
  • other violent violations

The data can be accessed from Statistics Canada.
