This data tracks the deaths of children up to 18 years old and whether or not the child, youth or their family were involved with a children's aid society within 12 months of their death.

This data is provided to the Office of the Chief Coroner by the Registrar General of Ontario and by children's aid societies and has not been independently verified by the Office of the Chief Coroner.
