A component of the points-based process for distributing moose tags among Ontario resident hunters.

Choix Integer

Moose tag type (WMU, Season and Moose type combination) selections made by hunters during both allocation stages.

Points_des_demandeurs Text

The number of points of each applicant for a particular moose tag type (WMU, Season and Moose type combination), selected with a particular choice in a particular allocation stage. An individual Ontario resident moose hunter accumulated a single point, or had their points reset to zero, in each year they applied to the moose tag draw (1993-2020) or the moose tag allocation process (beginning in 2021). N/A= Not Applicable. Points are not applicable in awarding the tags available among second and third choice applicants in the second chance allocation stage by random draw.

Nombre_de_demandeurs Integer

The number of hunters with a given number of points that selected the same tag type (WMU, Moose type and Season combination) with the same choice, in a particular allocation stage.

Vignettes_disponibles Integer

The number of tags that are available to be awarded (allocated) to applicants.

Vignettes_attribuees Integer

The number of tags awarded (allocated) to applicants.

Vignettes_reclamees Integer

The number of tags claimed by applicants that were awarded tags. Tags are claimed by paying for the tag and purchasing a moose licence before the tag claim deadline.
