Data on protective factors brought forward at multi-sectoral risk intervention discussions in Ontario.

Protective factors are positive characteristics or conditions that can:

  • moderate the negative effects of risk factors
  • foster healthier individuals, families and communities
  • increase personal or community safety and well-being

The data includes:

  • year in which the protective factors were identified
  • region where the protective factors were identified
  • all related protective factors

Note: The rows of data in this dataset have been randomized and appear in a different order than other datasets. The order of the rows will vary based on the dataset to ensure utmost privacy. Therefore, this dataset cannot be directly compared or associated to other RTD datasets.
