Restriction: Commercial sensitivity - An arbitrator’s schedule of fees includes commercially sensitive information. The schedules are provided by third party arbitrators in compliance with the regulation in the expectation that they will remain confidential. There is no authority to disclose or publish the schedule further. As such, it cannot be released because of privacy, confidentiality or commercially-sensitive reasons, as outlined by the Open Data Directive.

Provides information on arbitrators' fee rates. Arbitrators must file their fee schedules with the Minister of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development if they are on the minister's approved list. When appointed to cases, arbitrators must provide copies of their fee schedules to the parties in the dispute. The fee schedules must be the most recently filed with the minister. These are requirements of the Labour Relations Act.
