Restriction: Confidentiality - Data contains identifying information of children and their families, as well as details surrounding their death.

Confidential data related to a death of a child receiving services from a Children's Aid Society 12 months prior to their death, including data on the child, date and manner of death and the Children's Aid Society that was providing the service to the child. Also tracks recommendations directed to the ministry by the Paediatric Death Review Committee.
