This dataset contains a list of staff who have indicated they may have a conflict of interest with respect to their employment with the Ontario public service.

The Public Service Act of Ontario, 2006 requires a public servant to comply with the conflict of interest rules set out in Regulation 381/07 to declare a potential conflict.
