This dataset contains data the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs tracks of decisions of hearings from food safety regulatory compliance cases in the last 18 months.

The Regulatory Compliance Unit and the Agriculture Investigations Unit of the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs assists in the administration of Ontario's food safety laws.

All hearings are conducted under the rules of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act. This dataset is a list of hearing decisions. Decisions are posted on the ministry website after every hearing.
