Children and Youth Services procurement approval, compliance and tracking

Procurement approval, compliance and tracking aims to create a collaborative approach to the procurement planning process which minimizes risk, assists the ministry in executing its procurements on time, and in a compliant manner with the Ontario Public Service Procurement Directive.
By partnering with divisions and promoting early engagement, procurements become more robust, and the road blocks that can impede a project can be anticipated, with the result being a streamlined process and a strategic approach to obtain timely approval, acquisitions and best value for the dollar.
