Intervenor agencies provide ministry-funded services and supports to adults who are deafblind to be able to live as independently as possible in their environment. The ministry collected detailed financial information for the Financial Year 2011/12 from the six largest intervenor agencies to estimate the cost of intervenor services.

A third-party accountant analyzed direct, indirect and overhead costs and their relation to service delivery.

This dataset contains sensitive financial information. The project's Terms of Reference states that this data cannot be shared outside of the ministry.
