Intervenor agencies provide ministry-funded services and supports to adults who are deafblind to be able to live as independently as possible in their environment. The Client Profile Questionnaire collected information from agencies about the consumers of Intervenor services who received services for at least one hour in November 2012.

The information included:

  • basic demographics
  • medical and behavioural conditions that influence the amount and type of supports individuals receive
  • activities that require support
