Each month the Ministry of Community and Social Services generates a replica of FCMS for analysis. This replica allows the ministry to analyze FRO data and produce statistics on a regular and ad hoc basis to inform decision-making. Statistics include:
• active caseload
• closed cases
• arrears
• payments
• collections
• compliance
• cases touched
• enforcements
• service requests
• others

These datasets contain personal information on clients and FRO employees.
