Minister's list of approved arbitrators

This data provides information on individuals who have been approved by the Minister of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development to act as arbitrators to resolve rights disputes and are used when employers and unions cannot agree upon an arbitrator. The Minister will make all ministerial appointments from this list, which contains the business contact information for arbitrators such as mailing address, phone number, fax number and email address. In some cases the assistant and their contact information is listed. This list is available to the public at all times.
