Ontario Works medical travel survey

In order to gain a better understanding of how benefits for medical travel are administered across the province, the Ministry of Community and Social Services created a survey that it sent out to all 47 Consolidated Municipal Service Managers/District Social Services Administration Boards. The survey examines the administration of travel and transportation for medical purposes under Ontario Works for clients who do not qualify for the Northern Health Travel Grant (NHTG).
