The Primary Care Access Survey is a cross-sectional voluntary telephone survey about primary care access which targets persons 16 years and older who live in private dwellings in Ontario. It ran from 2006 to 2010. Topics covered include: health status, perceptions of health care system, family doctor status, and utilization of primary care services.
