The Annual Reconciliation Report provides the ministry with information on an agency's annual financial performance. At the end of each fiscal year, actual expenditures and services must be reconciled with ministry funding for accountability purposes. The reconciliation is done to enable the ministry to identify funds that have to be recovered. Deficits reported are the responsibility of the agency.
