The Ministry of Community and Social Services data set for social assistance (SA) program eligibility contains information on SA clients that is used to determine eligibility for social assistance programs (Ontario Works (OW), Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)). The dataset includes:
• case characteristics
• amount of allowances for which the benefit unit is eligible
• actual shelter cost
• aggregate income amount
• employment earnings
• aggregate asset amount
• the outcome of eligibility determination
