The Sponsorship-debt recovery database is a collection system used to collect money on identified sponsorship debt. The database is automated and includes data interchange with
• RBC Royal Bank (provides banking services)
• Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
• the Government of Ontario's Integrated Financial Information System (IFIS)

Data includes client and banking information. The database is also used as a case management system, for files which have been referred to debt collection.
