This data is not and will not be made available. The data was reviewed and cannot be released to the public because of reasons outlined by the Digital and Data Directive.

Restriction: Confidentiality - This dataset contains confidential information on wages and bargaining that is specific to agencies and staff.

For each collective agreement the Ministry of Community and Social Services collects:
• bargaining status
• collective agreement details, for example:
o expiry date
o wage increases
o staff impacted

The ministry monitors collective bargaining negotiations for potential labour disruptions at ministry-funded agencies. The data feeds into a provincial Labour Relations Secretariat report identifying labour and wage trends.

The data set is restricted as collective agreements and wage information are particular to the relationship between an agency and its employees, and considered confidential.
