X-ray Inspection Service (XRIS) Computered Tomography (CT) Plan Application

This dataset contains information regarding facilities that have recently applied for the installation of non-Computered Tomography (non-CT) x-ray machines. Information includes the owner and geographical location of the facility, as well as the make and model of the equipment and administrative information, such as milestone dates and payment information. Entries may also contain contact information of the facilities, their owners and staff, and the submitter. The data is updated as needed, typically several times a day.
