This dataset includes data the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs collects as part of routine inspections including identified health and food safety deficiencies and compliance activities for provincially licensed dairy plants in Ontario.

This dataset tracks regulatory deficiencies observed during inspections and compliance actions for provincially licensed dairy plants. Deficiencies are based on the requirements of O. Reg. 761., which details the expected standards related to dairy operations in Ontario.
