This dataset contains data on composition, somatice cell counts, freezing point estimate, chemical and microbiological testing done by the Dairy Food Safety Program of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. Results are used in various analysis for statistical reporting and planning.

Information is gathered through sampling products from dairy plants, raw milk from dairy farms and swabbing the processing environment. Reported results are used in various analysis for statistical reporting and planning. Dairy Food Safety Program data collection includes:

  • Inhibitor testing in milk
  • Microbiological testing of water
  • Microbiological/chemical testing of dairy products
  • Microbiological testing of the dairy plant environment

The data includes but is not limited to sampling plans, test results and follow-up activities to adverse results.
