The Disability Adjudication Database (DAD) has incorporated integrated workflows and file staging customized to the ministry's Disability Adjudication Unit (DAU)'s business processes. It tracks what happens to a referral for Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) benefits from the time a disability determination package is received at the DAU. The database follows the referral as it goes through the various stages of the adjudication process, including appeals to the Divisional Court.
