The effluent monitoring and effluent limits regulations (EMEL) require designated industrial facilities, who discharge directly to water bodies in Ontario, to sample and report their wastewater discharges to the ministry. The list provides general information, to abatement officers, on all the industrial facilities that are regulated under this regulation; such as general location, geographic information system (GIS) location, operating status, prior & current names, site numbers, sector, district and region.
