This dataset represent tables from MECA, a legacy system for FRO case management and financial data, used to do analysis before FRO Case Management System (FCMS) went live.

These tables allowed the ministry to analyze FRO data and produce different analytical products including:
• a profile of arrears cases and support payors in arrears
• collectability of arrears
• enforcement tree effectiveness
• targeting cases for monitoring

This dataset contains personal information on clients and FRO employees.
