The Fish Interim Audit Program (FIAP) administered by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs provides food safety direction, offering advice to non-federally registered fish processors and additional resources about fish inspection in Ontario, including environmental testing for listeria species to ensure food fish safety and a sanitary food processing environment.

This dataset contains information gathered in relation to conducting Adenosine Triphoshate (ATP) swabbing on food contact and non-food contact surfaces and collecting environmental samples for testing.
