This dataset contains data the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs tracks of meat plant protocols given to licensed meat plants that are approved by a regional veterinarian.

Regional Veterinarians approve plant specific protocols or give verbal and/or written approval, directions or oversight as directed in Ontario Regulation 31/05 (Meat) under the Food Safety and Quality Act, 2001.
