Restriction: Privacy - Individual plant slaughter statistics contain proprietary information.

This dataset includes a record of animals slaughtered by licensed plants in Ontario, including number and type of animals slaughtered.

This dataset includes the number of chickens, pork, sheep, turkey and veal slaughtered by each licenced plant in Ontario.
